About The Firm
Founded by Douglas A. Booth, a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, the Law Offices of Douglas A. Booth, P.C. is engaged primarily in transactional law in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, guardianship and business law. We are a small firm, comprised of two attorneys and two staff members, and plan to stay that way in order to maintain a high level of quality in our practice and a close connection to our clients. While we bring experience and sophistication to each legal issue we face, we still emphasize prompt, efficient, client-focused service.
We are located just two exits south of Lady Bird Lake, (formerly Town Lake), at 1301 South MoPac Expressway, Suite 420, Austin, Texas 78746. We have always been located in or close to downtown, but feel our present location is ideal in that it offers both proximity to the commercial center of Austin and ease of access.
