About the Firm

Founded by Douglas A. Booth, a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law, the Law Offices of Douglas A. Booth, P.C. is engaged primarily in transactional law in the areas of real estate, estate planning, probate, guardianship and business law. We are a small firm, comprised of two attorneys and two staff members, and plan to stay that way in order to maintain a high level of quality in our practice and a close connection to our clients. While we bring experience and sophistication to each legal issue we face, we still emphasize prompt, efficient, client-focused service.
